Skills Sessions are most Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from June to March. A weekly scheduling email will be sent out to confirm days/times for that week. Sessions will include individual skill work and team concepts. High School groups will also work on game like situations which may include 1v1, 3v2, and other controlled live play. All sessions are open to boys/girls players in grades 4-12.
