Refund Policy:

There is a strict no refund policy for all programs. Once payment has been submitted there will be no refund issued for any reason other than a medical injury or condition that occurs 2 weeks prior to the start of the program season. For camps, indoor leagues, and clinics this is 2 weeks before the start of the first game or clinic. For summer travel teams this is 2 weeks before the first official practice. To be considered for a refund you must email us at rootslacrosse.com and submit a doctor's note via mail to P.O. Box 16143 Rumford RI 02916.


 

Refund Policy in the Case of a Medical Injury/Condition During Program Season:


Please note that once a program begins there will be no refunds for any reason. In special cases, if a player has to miss a significant amount of time for a valid reason, we may credit payment for the program they are missing for one in the future. To be considered for a refund you must email us at rootslacrosse.com and submit a doctor's note via mail to P.O.
